A. You can order from Pornstar with a major credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express).

Q. How do I place my order through the website? (Posted: 7th May, 2006)
A. 1. Click the image of the item you would like to purchase.

2. Customize your shirt by choosing a style, color and size you like. Once complete, an "ADD TO CART" button will appear. Click it to go to the cart.

3. Continue through the cart by entering your shipping details, choosing your payment method, verifying your details and so forth.

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Please consult your local bank if you need currency conversion details for countries other than the U.S.

Make sure when entering your credit card information that you enter the EXACT BILLING ADDRESS that your credit card company has listed for your account.

Q. Im having some problems completing my order. What can I do? (Posted: 7th May, 2006)
A. 1. Make sure to enter the exact billing address appearing on your statement
2. Try restarting your computer (that seems to work for many)
3. Try on a friend's computer (this always works)

Q. How do I know how much my order will be? (Posted: 7th May, 2006)
A. To calculate your total cost, you'll have to proceed through the shopping cart (to the page before you enter your credit card details). Choose the items you would like and enter your shipping info and you will see the total for shipping and the shirts combined before you are actually charged. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Please consult your local bank if you need currency conversion details for countries other than the U.S.
Note: Certain countries charge additional fees, such as custom fees and independent carrier fees. Please contact your local customs office or branch office of the us postal service to find out what kind of fees you can expect based upon the type of merchandise you wish to order before placing your order.

We are required to put your full invoice amount on the "Customs Form" and on the packing slip within your package (so... if your order is $80, we put $80 on the form and in the box).

Q. Can I designate my order as a gift? (Posted: 7th May, 2006)
A. You may declare your package as a "gift". If you tell us that your order is a gift, the recipient (whomever the package is delivered to, even if it's just yourself) may be charged considerably less in taxes or may not be taxed at all.

However, you should check with your local customs office to find out what qualifies a package to be classified as a gift, and how it affects the charges you will incur locally such as taxes, duties, or other tariffs. Misuse of the "gift" designation may result in your package being delayed at customs, or even returned to us.

On all "gift" orders, we declare $4 per item (the designated cost to make a product). So, if you order 2 shirts, your order will be declared as a "gift" with a $6 value and NO TOTALS will be stated on your packing slip inside the box (they will instead be replaced with the word "gift").

*SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT "GIFTS" FOR UK AND CANADIAN CUSTOMERS

There is no point in checking gift. If you do, there will not be prices on the invoice, but we are required to put the total invoice amount on the customs form, by your country's customs office and the $3 per item rule does not apply. These are your laws, so don't blame us! I would move.

Q. Do you ship to military addresses? (Posted: 7th May, 2006)
A. We ship to all military addresses. Please make sure you address your mail properly so it will be routed through the military mail system. Military addresses must show the grade, full name with middle name or initial, and PSC number, unit number, or ship name. Replace the city name with "APO " or "FPO," and the state with "AA," "AE," or "AP," and use the military zipcode. Regardless of the country you are stationed in, the country you should always select is United States. Entering a foreign country will only delay your package.

You can enter your grade, first name, and middle initial in the First Name field.

Organization name should be included if you have it; however, it is not always used for certain types of forces.

Unit number is a four digit number assigned to some units, but not all. Where assigned, it should always be used. Soldiers will have notified friends and family if they have one assigned.

Our system only accepts a five digit zipcode. Do not enter the additional 4 digits.

Q. How do you ship your orders? (Posted: 7th May, 2006)
A. We ship to anywhere in the U.S. and many countries Internationally. Shipping takes 8-15 days for all orders in the US and an additional 7-10 days to International destinations. Packages in the U.S. are sent via UPS. All international orders are sent via USPS Priority Air.

Q. Will your shirts shrink? (Posted: 7th May, 2006)
A. All our shirts are made of 100% cotton*. They may shrink about half a size when washed except for the Ringers. Our Ringer shirts seem to shrink about one full size when washed.

*The Charcoal and the Steel mens tees are not 100% cotton. The Steel tee is 90% cotton/10% polyester. The Charcoal tee is 60% cotton/40% polyester.

Q. What are the sizes and specs of your shirts? (Posted: 7th May, 2006)
A. Our shirts are made from the highest quality cloth on the market, are 100% Cotton (Hoodies are 90/10 cotton/poly except for the charcoal hoodie which is 65/35) and are screen printed to assure longevity and superior look.  No crappy iron ons, seconds or irregulars here. Our Standard Tee is a 6.1 oz Hanes Beefy Tee.

All shirt Widths measured from under the arms (chest) while laid flat. All Lengths measured from bottom of shirt to neck. If you're unsure what size to buy, try measuring a similar shirt that you already own, that fits well, and compare those measurements to the size chart.

A. RETURN POLICY:
Satisfaction is guaranteed or we'll happily give you a refund for the shirts that you purchase, provided they are unworn, and unwashed, and it is within 45 days of your order.
Place a copy of your order, as well as proper postage on your package and mail it to the address listed below.

A. We are currently unable to offer exchanges. Follow the instructions for returns, and then simply place a new order for the new item(s) on our site. You will receive a full refund for your original order once we receive it.
